• Quality & Grading: Our walnuts are graded to strict international standards (e.g., USDA grades) with specifications for:

  • Size: For halves, specified by count per pound (e.g., 20/30, 30/40, 40/50).

  • Kernel Yield: For in-shell, specifying a minimum percentage of kernel.

  • Moisture Content: (<5% for shelf stability)

  • Purity: >99.9% free of shell fragments for shelled product.

• Processing: Available raw or roasted & salted. We understand the precise roasting profiles needed to preserve the delicate polyunsaturated oils.

• Packaging: Nitrogen-flushed or vacuum-sealed packaging in 10kg, 25kg cartons, or 50lb bags to prevent oxidation and ensure maximum freshness.
