Quality & Grading: Our pine nuts are hand-sorted and graded to the highest standards for:
- Size & Color: Uniformity is critical.
- Kernel Integrity: Whole kernels, minimal broken pieces.
- Moisture Content: (<6% to prevent rancidity)
- Purity: >99.9% free of shell fragments and foreign material.
Processing: Available raw or roasted & salted. We understand the precise low-temperature roasting required to preserve their delicate oils.
