  • Whole Grades: W180, W210, W240, W320, W450 (the number indicates count per pound).

  • Broken Grades: Splits (S), Butts (B), Pieces (LP, SP, BB).

• Origin & Processing: Our kernels are sourced from the world’s leading processing origins, which often differ from raw nut origins:

  • Vietnam (The global processing leader)

  • India

  • Ivory Coast & Nigeria

  • Brazil

• Quality Specifications: Our cashew kernels are graded to meet the highest standards with guaranteed specs for:

  • Color: White, Scorched, Dessert.

  • Moisture Content: (<5% for shelf stability)

  • Outturn: The ratio of raw nuts to finished kernels is a key efficiency metric.

  • Purity: >99.8% free of shell fragments, testa (skin), and foreign material.

• Processing: Available raw, roasted & salted, or custom-processed to buyer specifications.

• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed or nitrogen-flushed in 10kg or 25lb cartons inside master cases (typically 10 boxes per case) to prevent rancidity and ensure freshness.
